Below are the benefits of Horse riding:
Physical: Horse riding is a great form of exercise which has both cardiovascular and muscle conditioning benefits. Although it may seem as though the rider is not engaging in any physical exercise, an hourís activity can burn similar calories to that of a 30-minute jog (6mph) or cycle ride (9mph). Therefore, all the health benefits associated with engaging in regular cardiovascular exercise are gained. After your first ride you may feel muscles that you never knew you had. This is due to the movement of the horse and its affect on the rider during the ride. As the rider reacts to the horseís movements to avoid becoming off balance, the deep postural muscles of the trunk and pelvis and the adductor muscles of the thighs are continuously being conditioned.
Psychological: Horse riding is recognized as having excellent therapeutic qualities. The psychological benefits can be of equal importance to riders as the physical benefits. Simply being outdoors and enjoying the countryside will boost your general well-being and act as a great stress buster. There is a real sense of exhalation and freedom when you ride, a feeling that is second to none. Furthermore, developing a relationship and sense of trust between yourself and your horse is highly rewarding. Learning to control and care for an animal much larger than yourself can have a profound affect on your confidence and is a great feeling.
The course entails learning various beginner levels or horsemanship viz., Introduction to the horse, mounting and dismounting with instructors help, Posture, controlling the movement of the horse, walking the horse, trotting, repetition of lessons, mounting and dismounting independently, walking & trotting with greater ease.

- Basic Horse
Riding: focuses till Basic Trotting.
- Intermediate Horse Riding: focuses on Advanced Trotting and Cantering. (Pre-Requisite is Basic Horse Riding Completion)- Course will be planned as per already acquired Individual Skills.
- Advanced Horse Riding: focuses on Cantering (Pre-Requisite will be Basic and Intermediate Batch Completion) Course will be planned as per already acquired Individual Skills.
- Breeches, Boots & Whip could be ordered on spot and will be available in week's time. Approx cost will be Rs 5000/-(compulsory for intermediate & Advance course)
- Otherwise regular comfortable full length Track Pants or Jeans, High Knee Socks, Sports Shoes would do, however Helmets are mandatory. You can avail a helmet at the venue. But please do bring a cap or scarf to wear under the helmet (as the same will be used by others too).

Points to be
- Classes will held in batches and each batch for 30 minutes
- You need to
select your batch timing at the time of Registration any changes in batch
timings, can be accommodated at the Venue based on availability
- Riders must be arriving 10-15 minutes prior to their batch timing
- End of program certification will be awarded
- To provide horse riding training we have tied up with another Non-profit organization
Module 1 (10
Basic Horse Riding: focuses till Basic Trotting:
Day 1: Introduction to Horse, Familiarization to Horse Tack and Demo on Equipping Horse with Tack, Walking the Horse, Mounting and Dismounting, Guidance on Balancing and Posture. End of session - Walk them back to Stables and Feed them
Day 2: Repeat
Day 1 Session followed by riding on the horse with lunge line attached, guidance
on Balance, Posture and Up Down Movements. End of session - Walk them back to
Stables and Feed them.
Day 3: Repeat Day 1 & Day 2.
Day 4: Rider to equip horse with Tack & Grooming - Exposure to Horse Management followed by previous day sessions. Introduction on directing and controlling horse.
Day 5: Rider to equip horse with Tack & Grooming - Exposure to Horse Management followed by previous day sessions. Directing and Controlling the horse in "8" shapes track.
Day 6: Repeat previous sessions and introduction to basic trotting with lunge line.
Day 7: Repeat previous sessions and master on basic trotting with lunge line.
Day 8: Repeat previous sessions and master on basic trotting without lunge line.
Day 9: Trotting and demo on basic Cantering styles
Day 10 : Independent Trotting.
NOTE: 10 Classes of 30 minutes to be taken within 15 Days.
Module 2 (30 day Course):
Trotting, Introduction, Initiation to Cantering, Independent Cantering:
Day 1 to 10: Same as Module 1
Day 10 to 20: Independent Trotting to gain balance, confidence and mastery over reins control
Day 20 to 25: Guidance and Initiation towards Cantering based on individual limitations and skills
Day 25 to 30:
Trotting and Cantering based on individual limitations and skills
NOTE: 30 Rides of 30 Minutes to be taken within 45 Days.

2nd Batch: 07:00 AM - 07:30 AM
3rd Batch: 07:30 AM - 08:00 AM
4th Batch: 08:00 AM - 08:30 AM
1st Batch: 03:30 PM - 04:00 PM
2nd Batch: 04:00 PM - 04:30 PM
3rd Batch: 04:30 PM - 05:00 PM
4th Batch: 05:30 PM - 06:00 PM
** Timings are
same for weekdays & weekend. Monday is weekly Off.
** Weekday Batches - 4 days a week (Tuesday - Friday)
** Weekend Batches - 2 days a week (Sat - Sun day)
