land of Kodavas, Coorg Guest House is a perfect getaway for
nature lovers. The breathtaking locale with the tranquil
lush of the Nagarahole Forest presents an ideal setting for
a long-awaited vacation. Built by the roadside, a highly
convenient spot to track. Walk up the road for about a
minute and you will get a glance of the Coorg coffee estate.
The whispering breeze lifts to roar amongst the towering
trees laden with pepper wines. It is place for a comfortable
stay-cause for celebration rather than doubt for the
get-away-from the crowd traveler.

Things to carry:

- Remember you are getting wet twice: Water Rafting and Water Fall (Plus rain
while trekking if
you are lucky)
- Wear Synthetic cloths for water activates, avoid jeans/cotton cloths.

Note: Paypal/Online Credit card will cost bit extra to cover their
transaction fees.
Cost Includes:
Transport, Dormitory accommodation at Coorg Guest house (Cotton Mattress on the
ground), Lunch, Veg/Non-Veg Lunch & Dinner, Evening Snacks, Campfire, Barbeque
(depends on weather/availability), Trek, Adventure Games, White Water Rafting.
Cost does not Include: Luxury, Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner on the
way.

Terms and Conditions:
1. Registration on First come First serve basis.
2. Need Advance payment for
confirmation of registration. No on the spot payment will be accepted.
3. Bus seat allotment will be done on registration order basis.
4. Alcohol is strictly prohibited. (We have banned more than 8 people
till now)
5. Registrations will be accepted till 06:00PM 4th Sept 2008
6. You can make payment for multiple people at once, but all
participants should register individually.
7. Note our updated cancellation policy:
a. Cancellation charges upto
5 days from the date of the event will be 5% of the event cost.
b. Cancellation 4-3 days prior to the event will incur 15% charges
c. Cancellation between 3-2 days (72 hours to 48 hours) from the
event will incur charges of 50%
d. No refund is cancellation is <48 hours to the event.
e. We still want to be people friendly club, hence if you replace
your seat with somebody else, there will not be any cancellation
charges.
f. If for some reason BMC has to cancel the event, participants
will refund 100% Refund (minus the back charges).
