bmckp7 bmckp8

Kumara Parvata trek has two trekking trails. One from Kukke Subramanya and another from Beedhalli, Somwarpet. This route is fairly steep with a lot of forest cover and boulders on the way which makes the climb little treacherous yet enjoyable. The trail from Kukke starts within the jungle canopy all the way for six kilometers and continues in the open grassland for another six with the scorching sun above till one reaches Shesha Parvata.
The Somwarpet trail offers many dried-streams on the way which comes to life once the monsoon begins. Overall this is one of the most beautiful trails to hike up and down and set up a camp.
