Detailed Itinerary

 

22nd Dec 2012: Arrival at Port Blair Airport
Upon arrival meet our representative at the airport & proceed to hotel - Check in at hotel. Proceed for a sightseeing City tour - Visit the Fisheries Museum, Science centre & Cellular jail. In the evening witness Light and Sound Show at Cellular Jail - the heroic saga of the Indian freedom struggle is brought alive in the show.
Overnight stay at Port Blair.
 


23rd Dec 2012: Visit Ross, North Bay & Viper Island
After breakfast at the hotel, move for an enthralling journey by harbor ferry to three Island namely Ross Island the capital of Port Blair during the British regime. North Bay island (Coral Island) fill your eyes with exotic coral and marine life (go for snorkeling - optional) & Viper Island the gallows atop a hillock here is sight to watch.
Overnight stay at Port Blair.
 


24th Dec 2012: Andaman Island to Havelock Island
After breakfast check out from the hotel & proceed to Havelock Island by Ferry. On arrival check in at hotel. Later on visit to Radha Nagar beach. It's well known for it's world famous beaches - Beach No. 7, which have received a rating from the World Tourism Organization (WTO) & have also been featured in the famous TIME magazine (November 2004 issue) and in the Conde Naste Traveller magazine. It is thus an ideal destination for a relaxing beach holiday as well as a paradise for scuba diving & snorkeling.
People can opt for Scuba diving today (Optional - cost is not included) FYI: Scuba diving is very famous in Havelock

25th Dec 2012: Havelock Island to Andaman Island

After breakfast proceed to visit to Elephant beach (Hathi Tapu) at Havelock which offers wonderful beach for snorkeling with rich coral reef and amazing marine life. One can visit Elephant beach via a small boat by cursing through the dark blue sea. Elephant's beach was a pristine and untouched it was like landing on such a island which is not inhabited by anyone. The underwater sea life and corals are seen as clear as you in pictures and portable aquarium. The snorkeling in this beach is the most memorable moments and life time experience for incoming tourists. Later on check out from the hotel & proceed to Port Blair & check in at hotel.

26th Dec 2012: Andaman Island to Baratung Island

Early Morning after breakfast proceed to Baratang Island. Visit Lime stone Cave in Nayadera, Mud Valcano, “JALKI” near Jarawa Creek and is truly a wonder of nature. Reach back to Port Blair hotel by evening.
Overnight stay at Port Blair.
 

27th Dec 2012: Departure from Andaman Island

After breakfast at the hotel check out from the hotel & proceed to Port Blair airport for your onward journey with loads of sweet memories which you can cherish for life

 

Participation fees: Rs.19,000/- per person

Cost Includes:
- 4 nights stay in Port Blair in 3 star category hotel on twin/double sharing basis
- 1 night stay in Havelock in 3 star hotel on twin/double sharing basis
- Daily breakfast (Total 5 breakfast)
- All transfers & sight-seeing in Non A/C vehicle as per the above mentioned itinerary
- Guide service through out the trip from pick up till drop
- All entry fees as per the above mentioned itinerary
- All Ferry tickets & Boat tickets as per the above mentioned itinerary
- All currently applicable taxes

Any Airfare
Scuba Diving charges

Anything not mentioned in "Cost includes" column

 

Documents must be carried:
- Any photo ID like Election ID, Driving License, PAN Card, Passport etc.
- At least 2 copies of passport size photo with coloured back ground

The Terms and conditions mentioned below shall apply for the event:
  1. Maximum efforts are made to ensure the safety of the participant. However, BMC & their management or employees will not be responsible for injuries of any nature, mental or physical, whether caused directly or indirectly due to any adventure sports or their allied activities.
  2. Refund and cancellation:
    - If you cancel 20 days before the trip begins, BMC will retain 20% of the trip cost.
    - If you cancel 15 days before the trip begins, BMC will retain 50% of the trip cost.
    - If you cancel less than 14 days before the trip begins, or, are not present when the trip begins, there will be no refund.
  3. BMC will take every care to ensure that itineraries are followed to the letter but circumstances beyond control may necessitate changes. In case of changes routes and properties, BMC will accept no liability but make arrangements for substitution of equal.
  4. BMC will accept no liability for any damage, losses and expenses suffered by any client as a result of sickness, quarantine, weather conditions, war, strikes, riots or any other cause outside our control.
  5. Any damage, other than that attributable to fair wear and tear, to the equipments by the participants will be billed to you. Our decision on all such matters will be final and binding.
