BMC's Cancellation policy from 18th Aug 2008.:

1. Cancellation charges upto 5 days
from the date of the event will be 5% of the event cost.
2. Cancellation 4-3 days prior to the
event will incur 15% of the event cost.
3. Cancellation between 3-2 days (72
hours to 48 hours) from the event will incur charges of 50%.
4. No refund if cancellation is <48
hours to the event.
5. We still want to be people friendly
club, hence if you replace your seat with somebody else, there will
not be any cancellation charges.
6. If for some reason BMC has to
cancel the event, BMC will refund 100% amount.
